PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: Format

The PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen tournament will consist of three main stages: the Opening Stage, the Elimination Stage, and the Playoffs, detailed as follows:

Opening Stage: March 17 - 20

• Sixteen teams will partake in a Swiss System setup
• Matches for Elimination and Advancement will be best of three (Bo3). All other matches will be best of one (Bo1)
• The top eight teams will progress to the Elimination Stage, while the bottom eight teams will be eliminated

Elimination Stage: March 21 - 24

• The format is exactly the same as the previous Opening Stage

Playoff Stage: March 28 - 31

• Eight teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket
• Every match will be played as best of three (Bo3)
